My podcast serves as the cornerstone of this project, where I engage in candid conversations with talented new CEOs. In addition to the podcast, I'm excited to announce the development of a book that will capture the essence of the first fifty conversations and offer a deeper dive into the themes we explore. This book will be published on Leanpub, allowing for an iterative approach that evolves with the insights gathered from our podcast guests.
Finally, I plan on building a community—a space where new and aspiring CEOs can connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. This community will provide a supportive environment for ongoing growth and collaboration, providing workshops, masterminds, AI assistants, and other resources to help modern leaders thrive.
As someone who has been running Olympia for two years as a first-time CEO, I know firsthand how challenging this journey can be.
