Hey, community —
Well, it’s loud and clear now: I’m finally moving forward with The First-Time CEO project. Thinking about it and doing it are two very different things… so it’s time to do.
Here’s what’s coming next 👇
🎙️ Tomorrow (Oct 15)
I’m kicking off (recording) Season 2 of The First-Time CEO podcast — and it’s a special one. My guest is one of the incredible women featured in my recent article on HackerNoon, “10 Influential Women in the AI Space.” Watch/listen to Season 1 here.
📝 Thursday (Oct 16)
I’ll publish a first-ever guest post by Elham P. Mohammadi, Managing Editor of Portugal Startup News. She’ll share her insights on how to get press coverage as a new founder — something every early-stage CEO should know.
Soon, I will also launch a paid newsletter subscription, offering exclusive practical editions and podcast episodes available only to paid subscribers.
📖 Next week:
The pre-sale of The First-Time CEO book begins! (Wohoo!)
It includes the Introduction, ten interviews from Season 1 of The First-Time CEO podcast, and my initial reflections on what it truly takes to be a first-time CEO — leading my first-ever tech startup, an AI SaaS company called Olympia.
And alongside the pre-sale, I’m launching the Founding Membership of The First-Time CEO.
Only 50 spots will be available. Founding Members will receive:
✨ Eternal subscription to The First-Time CEO newsletter
🎧 Opportunity to sponsor one newsletter edition and one podcast episode
📘 Mention as a Founding Member in the book (with bio + company website)
🌐 Bio on the Founding Members’ page on Substack
📕 eBook version of The First-Time CEO book
🎤 Opportunity to be interviewed on the podcast
🤝 Invitation to co-create the community — host workshops, talks, and share your journey with other first-time CEOs
This project has always been about learning out loud — about growing through the messiness of leadership, uncertainty, and change. Now, it’s becoming something bigger: a collective of founders who lead with integrity, curiosity, and courage.
Somewhere along the way, I will also share about my first hackathon experience and reveal Reclair’s app, the one I built during Lovable’s SheBuilds Buildathon. Interested in becoming an early adopter? Join the waitlist below.
More soon. For now, I’m just grateful to be doing this with you.
